Fulfillment
How do I pick up my order?+
Choose Contactless Locker Pickup at checkout. Once your order is marked Ready, we email your locker location and access code. Lockers are at our Prairie du Chien, WI studio.
Do you ship?+
Yes. We offer flat-rate $6 U.S. shipping on all orders that don't include an appointment.
Education
What's included in the Masterclass?+
Your Masterclass includes hands-on instruction, a complete starter kit, and a follow-up Polish & Perfect session after you complete the class.

What's the difference between the adhesive colors?+
Locked In Black disappears into the lash line for a bolder look. Locked In Clear dries invisibly for softer, blended styles. Both are latex-free.
